The building has 7 stories including lower level underground parking, ground level with mezzanine and five floors.
The Lower Level offers 12 under-ground parking spaces and can be accessed from Petru Vulcan Street.
The Ground Floor and mezzanine provide 381m² of open space fully customisable and divided according to the client's specifications.
The first four floors offer 354m² each and have previously been divided into two easier to access modules. Module A, overlooks the park and offers 230m² of fully customisable space and Module B, overlooking the Black Sea, offers 124m² of space to be personalised to the client's needs.
The fifth floor is made up of three duplexes which double up as apartment-offices.
