Project: Finishings

The concrete structure with CELCO AAC infills guarantees the safety of this building. The Mircea cel Batran and Petru Vulcan facades are enveloped in Schuko curtain wall, BEMO corrugated aluminum sheet and granite. The exterior walls are built of CELCO AAC of 35 cm thickness, 5 cm of mineral wool and BEMO corrugated aluminum sheets which guarantees the highest standard of thermal comfort thus providing energy-saving related cost cuts and being an environmentally friendly option.

The north facade windows are equipped with insulating glass composed of 3 rows of 6 mm glass. Perimeter closure from both Petru Vulcan and Mircea cel Batran streets is made of Schuko curtain wall. The high quality insulating and soundproof windows further ensure an optimal climate.

The lower-ground, ground, mezzanine and 1-4 floors, staircase and entrances are finished. The floors are granite on all common areas while modules are rented at screed level, to enable the client to install the desired floors. The ceilings are coffered and encompass lighting, cooling, venting and fresh air intake.
